Ready-built stands

All stands will be ready-built by an exhibition builder. All you need to do is bring your material!

Each stand includes:

• Carpet (colour of your choice)
• Back wall with lightning and your organisation’s logo or picture of your choice
• Desk/bar table and chairs (logo on the front of the desk for larger stands)
• Electricity
• Waste basket
• Flyer holder
• Wi-fi

Should you wish to add items to your exhibition stand, our exhibition builder can tailor the area to suit your needs. Additional items will be charged accordingly. An exhibitor instruction info will be sent to all confirmed exhibitors in spring 2022.

Cancellation terms

• Cancellations made by 5 January, 2022, 50 % of the reservation value can be refunded. 50% payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation.
• Cancellations made after 5 January, 2022, no refunds can be made. 100% payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation.

The Congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to exhibitors (or companies), either during or as a result of the Congress. The fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own or company insurance.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid fees.
