Payment of registration fees

Invoice payment:

• Invoicing fee 14 Eur will be added to all invoices. Note that an additional fee of EUR 14 will be charged for any changes to a sent invoice (e.g. invalid invoicing address or additional data not given during registration).
• The invoice reference number must show as identification on bank transactions. The invoice will include all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer. All bank charges should be covered by the payer.
• Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received.

Credit card payment:

• The following credit card are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
• Credit card payments are processed via an SSL secured credit card payment link at the end of the on-line registration form.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to nuf2022@confedent.fi

For registration, social events and accommodation (cancellation or early check-out), an administration fee of EUR 50 will be applied to all cancellations made by February 6, 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after February 6, 2022.
100% payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation.
There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle to any refunds.

The Congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Congress. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic/pandemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid fees.
